Terms and Conditions

Initial Consultation Agreement 
Booking an initial consultation session means the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Green Tulips Immigration Consulting Services.

Please read carefully and reach out to us if you have any further questions or clarifications.

This Initial Consultation Agreement is made on this day between Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC)

Sherifat Onabanjo (the “RCIC”), Membership Number R707225

and yourself (the “Client”), for the purpose of an initial consultation in respect to Canadian Immigration.

The Client is obliged to pay the consultation fee as indicated on the consultation booking page.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province of Nova Scotia and the
federal laws of Canada.

Please be informed that our RCIC is a member in good standing of the Immigration
Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), and as such, is bound by its By-law, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations.

Limits of engagement
The services to be provided under this Agreement are limited to a single initial consultation on the matter
described above. 

This initial agreement does not mandate the RCIC to act for Client in any application or proceedings relating to Canadian immigration.

The RCIC shall not provide further information or advice to the Client except a separate agreement has been signed and agreed upon by both parties. 

Should the client require further advice or representation from the RCIC following this initial consultation, the Client must sign a retainer agreement with the RCIC.
 
Advice current on date of consultation:
The advice provided by the RCIC to Client is based on the current Canadian immigration law and policy
on the date of the consultation. 

The RCIC is not responsible or accountable for any change in government legislation or policy that may impact the processing of any subsequent application by Client.

Refund policy:
For the avoidance of doubt, fees shall be earned by the RCIC immediately upon the commencement of
the provision of Client profile assessment. If the initial consultation is cancelled after booking, you will receive a refund less 10% for administrative charges.
 
Fees that have been earned under this initial agreement are non-refundable.
